RETURN POLICY  

We’re pleased to offer return or exchange with SELECTED ITEMS, such as: pre-made case wallets, non- blinged case covers, and key chains, provided notification is reported within 12 hours of order received by customer, and item is shipped back within 48 hours of delivery date unused and in original package received.  Additionally, proof of purchase must be accompanied by order sent back for return/exchange.  

 

NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

All bling handmade or custom-made orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE except for any damaged item received upon arrival.  

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are properly wrapped and secured, before we ship, however, if in the process of shipping, the carrier delivers to you an order with damages, please send it back in the time frame indicated above and a new replacement will be sent back. However the shipping cost to send the damage item back is the customers responsibility. As unfair as it may sound, please understand that it is out of my hands how post office handles their packages. 

BlingArt4You will pay for the new replacement to send back to you. 

 

Damaged items reported after 12 hours from the time you received your package will not be granted an exchange.  To be eligible for an exchange, damage item should be reported within 12 hours of order received and sent back within 48 hours of delivery date, in original package, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Your replacement item will be sent within 2-3 business days after damage item is received and inspected.  

 

SHIPPING CHARGES 

Shipping costs to send damage item back to us are paid by customer . 

BlingArt4You will pay for shipping costs to send new replacement item.  

 

BLINGART4YOU IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

Please understand that it is out of my hands how post office handles their packages or if a package gets lost. 

BlingArt4You responsibility is to provide a tracking number after a purchase is made, once  tracking number is provided it is out of my hands if package does not get to its destination or gets lost. 

Having your address updated can help prevent  your package from getting lost or stolen. 

 

REFUNDS 

Returnable items will be refunded to your original form of payment after we have received, inspected, and confirmed the item is in its original condition.  

 

Please keep in mind, depending on your financial institution, it may take a few days before you see a refund post to your account.  We suggest you contact your bank to find out how long it takes for refunds to appear in your account.
